Delivery Areas & Timeframes
We deliver across all of Egypt through our trusted shipping partners.
- Cairo & Giza: Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days from order confirmation.
- All other governorates: Orders are delivered within 3–10 business days, depending on the distance and destination.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and handed to our shipping partner within 24 hours of confirmation. You will receive a notification with your tracking details once your order is on its way.
Delivery Notes
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during public holidays, sale seasons, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Please ensure your phone number and address are correct — our courier will call you before delivery.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders across Egypt.
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us via WhatsApp and we'll follow up with the courier right away.

مناطق التوصيل ومدة الشحن
بنوصّل لجميع محافظات مصر من خلال شركاء شحن موثوقين.
- القاهرة والجيزة: التوصيل خلال 1–3 أيام عمل من تأكيد الطلب.
- باقي المحافظات: التوصيل خلال 3–10 أيام عمل حسب المسافة والمنطقة.
تجهيز الطلب
بيتم تجهيز طلبك وتسليمه لشركة الشحن خلال 24 ساعة من التأكيد، وهيوصلك إشعار برقم التتبع أول ما الطلب يتحرك.
ملاحظات التوصيل
- مدة التوصيل تقديرية وممكن تختلف بشكل بسيط في الإجازات الرسمية أو مواسم العروض أو لظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا.
- برجاء التأكد من صحة رقم التليفون والعنوان — مندوب الشحن هيتصل بيكي قبل التسليم.
- الدفع عند الاستلام متاح لجميع الطلبات في كل المحافظات.
